Adult Coaching at Lower Windrush Tennis Club

Lower Windrush Tennis Club is a thriving club located in the beautiful village of Standlake. The club is only a short drive from Witney and is easily accessible from the surrounding villages.

We offer both term-time sign up coaching, as well as 'Pay & Play' drop-in sessions for more flexibility.

​

Pay & Play Drop In Sessions cost £11.50

 

We offer discounts to players when they sign up for the full term:

​

Members 30% = £8.05 per hour

Non Members 15% = £9.78 per hour

​

Drop-In Pay and Play sessions are £11.50 per hour (members and non members same price) 

​

There is a 50% discount on drop-in sessions for blue light workers, teachers and blue light card holders

September Term Dates

The new term of coaching will run:

Monday 11th September and run for 13 weeks until Saturday 16th December

No Coaching During Half Term 23rd - 29th October

Levels Explained

  • Beginners / Rusty Rackets - For those just starting out or haven't played in a while.

  • Improvers - For those who have been playing for a while with a little more experience.

  • Club - For those who wish to play recreationally, perfect for club members who wish to practice outside of club events.

Cardio Tennis

  • Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court.

  • It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun.
