Edward Large
Edward became a tennis coach at 14 years old working with his local tennis club. He took on his first head coach’s role at 19 turning a small club programme into a thriving programme catering for all ages and abilities.
Edward created the Excel Tennis Academy to make tennis accessible for everyone and to create a pathway for school pupils to join their local tennis clubs. He has mentored many pupils over the years not just to become great tennis players but also to become tennis coaches.
He is very proud of all his students achievements and the pupils who he has helped create a career for in there future.
